Our Policies

Exchange and Refund policy

All products purchased from Wizard Mart can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:-

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to info/wizardmart053@gmail.com or by calling at 03134844205 , in case you want to raise a dispute. At Wizard Mart, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info/wizardmart053@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Rs 200 will be charged on replacement parcel where the customer needs to change the item or size.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Rs 250 is deducted for delivery charges in case of refund.

  • Items on sale will not be refunded.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Customer has returned the product but has failed to specify what he wants in exchange via written Email or Whatsapp Chat as proof of conversation.

Shipping policy

  • You can pay through Cash on Delivery
  • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of RS.3000
  • We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.3000.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
  • We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
